During his time at Benfica, Bah also played for several other clubs including Real Madrid, Porto,Saudi Pro League Focus and Flamengo. He was part of the team that won the UEFA Europa League in 2014 and helped them reach the final of the UEFA Champions League in 2016.
However, despite his success, Bah struggled to find consistent playing time at Benfica.
